Guess who called tonight? Yep, just like it was back in December - when I quit the first time...
Got a call from my boss tonight. He was quitting and wanted to tell/warn me quickly... and give me the option to keep working or to terminate. Before the new manager put me on the schedule as a permanent fixture.
Did he really have to ask? Was he kidding? Heck yeah... TERMINATE ME! I couldn't say it fast enough.
And he did... and it's finally all over. No more "we're an all suite hotel with a fully equipped kitchen and a 24 hour fitness center, indoor jacuzzi, blah, blah, blah."
I'm done! I'm retiring my shirt!
Of course I'm claiming my 'free nights' first. I'll be in Austin on the 19th, 20th and 21st. Why not...
Okay, so I can't actually terminate until the 21st. But there'll be a party at my house that night. Free soap and shower caps will be provided.
